Returns for Defective or Damaged Goods:

If you receive damaged or defective goods, or an item is missing from your parcel, please notify Ultimate Juice Ltd via email within 48 hours of receiving your order. Claims made after this period will not be accepted. Before disposing of any goods, report the issue to our Customer Service team, providing batch numbers and photographic evidence of any damage. We may request the return of the item.

Upon return to Ultimate Juice Ltd, we will test and inspect the product. If it is defective within the first 30 days of purchase, we can offer a refund or replacement. If the product is unavailable, a refund including postage fees or an exchange for an alternative product will be provided. If damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear, you will be liable for return costs.

Further questions may be asked during the returns process to minimize unnecessary returns and offer optimal product use. Goods must be returned via recorded delivery, insured for the full value, and you have a duty to take reasonable care while in your possession.

If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, we offer repair, exchange, or refund, with the right to inspect and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Returns for Unwanted Goods:

Unwanted goods must be returned to Ultimate Juice Ltd at your expense within 14 days of the purchase date, including the original order number. A refund, excluding delivery costs, will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the goods. Goods must be returned unused and sealed in the original packaging.

As electronic cigarettes are an oral product, once used, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Unsealed or used e-liquids will not be accepted for health and safety reasons.

Take reasonable care of goods while in your possession, and we advise sending return goods via recorded delivery with suitable packaging, as we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods.

Atomiser Returns:

Atomisers have a limited lifespan. We accept DOA (dead on arrival) atomiser returns if informed within 48 hours of receipt. After receiving the returned atomiser, we will inspect it. If deemed defective, we will replace the atomiser and refund reasonable postage costs incurred in returning it to us, following the Returns policy for defective or damaged goods.
