UJ Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the UJ Rewards Program (“Program”), offered by Ultimate Juice Ltd (“Ultimate Juice”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions (T&Cs). Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

  1. The Program is open to all customers aged 18 and over with a valid email address.
  2. Employees of Ultimate Juice Ltd are not eligible to participate.
  3. Customers will only start accruing Points from the Launch Date of the Ultimate Rewards Program. Points will NOT be back dated before launch.

Enrollment

  1. Customers automatically enroll in the Program as “MEMBER” level upon creating an account at ultimatejuice.co.uk.
  2. There is no enrollment fee.

Earning Puff Points

Members earn “Puff Points” for every pound spent on purchases. The amount of Puff Points earned per £1 spent varies depending on whether the purchase is for products manufactured by Ultimate Juice Ltd or third-party products.

Points are credited within 7 days of the completed transaction.

Redeeming Points

  1. Points are redeemable for goods, services, or discounts as specified by Ultimate Juice Ltd.
  2. The redemption rate and options available may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

Expiration of Points

  1. Points expire 24 months from the date they are awarded unless otherwise specified.
  2. Unused points will be forfeited and cannot be reclaimed.

Revocation of Points

Order Cancellations, Refunds, and Failed Transactions

  1. Cancellation: If an order for which Puff Points were awarded is cancelled, any points earned from that order will be deducted from the member’s account.
  2. Refunds: Similarly, if a purchase is refunded, any Puff Points earned from that transaction will be revoked and removed from the member’s account.
  3. Failed Transactions: In the event of a transaction failure due to any reason such as payment failure, technical issues, or other errors, any points allocated for the transaction will not be credited or, if already credited, will be removed from the member’s account.

Right to Remove Points

Ultimate Juice Ltd reserves the right to remove or adjust points from a member’s account at our discretion. This may occur in cases of suspected fraud, error in point allocation, or violation of the program’s terms and conditions, among other reasons. This measure is to ensure the integrity and fair administration of the UJ Rewards Program.

Changes to the Program

  1. Ultimate Juice Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  2. Changes to the Program may affect the value of the points already accumulated and/or the availability of redeemable rewards.

Termination of Membership

  1. Members may opt out of the Program at any time by contacting Customer Service.
  2. Ultimate Juice Ltd reserves the right to terminate any account that is inactive for 36 months or more, or if fraud or abuse is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

Ultimate Juice Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Program, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with UK laws, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
